Please note: We also offer a further 10% discount off both summer and
winter rates if you book both villas at the same time!
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Reservations will be canceled if deposit is not received within one week of booking.
The balance is due in cash upon arrival. We accept Paypal, wire transfers, or checks drawn on a Panamanian bank account. We do not accept credit cards directly, but you can use a credit card via Paypal if your credit card was issued in a country that Paypal accepts.
Refunds will be given only if we are able to rebook the dates, or if there is a disaster or emergency that makes our accommodations unavailable. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
Rates include:
- Continental breakfast fixings (coffee/tea/hot chocolate, juice, bread/butter/jelly, muffins) delivered to your villa
- Free use of kayaks, snorkels and fins
- Free use of “jungle boots” for walking through the rainforest
- Free access to our extensive library of books and DVD’s
- Use of prepaid cell phone (you buy the phone cards)
- Unlimited internet access
You will be charged extra for:
- Delicious family style dinners at Casa Grande (on request)
- Extra trips to town for day tours or dinners out
- Phonecards for prepaid cell phones
